Mental Stress and Fatigue



Research has shown that being out in nature relieves mental stress and fatigue and creates a positive mood. If you are feeling stressed go for a walk in the park
instead of grabbing a candy bar.


I have a Sunday ritual which is going for a walk near the water. Be it the beach, river or lake. I find this activity so relaxing and peaceful. Sometimes I take a book with me, and at other times I just sit and enjoy the magnificence of the scenery.

Take time to smell the roses and unwind your mind.
