Health Tip for Today

A great way to both de-clutter your home and reduce cravings is to pick a time of the day when you snack and de-clutter instead for 20 minutes.  This will distract you from food and break the hunger cycle.

It could be doing anything you enjoy, other than eating junk.

A trick I sometimes use when I'm craving something sweet, is having a piece of toast with fruit spread.
