Hi everyone! How you all doin? Are you making progress with your resolution to get fit, healthy, or lose weight?
A good way to keep track of your progress is to write what you're doing in an exercise journal. It doesn't have to be fancy, a notebook will do.
Now, I don't mean for you to record every single thing you put in your mouth. Rather, I'm suggesting that you write what sort of exercise you did on that particular day, for how long and how you felt after.
Refer to your journal daily and see if you can increase the time by one minute, or one more repetition, if you're doing some sort of resistance exercise.
This is going to be really helpful in the long run, because you will be able to see if you're improving. If you are, that's terrific! If you're not, then you know where you are going wrong and can do something about it.
I find this little technique very helpful and I hope it helps you to stick to your goals. Remember, NEVER GIVE UP!
To your great health,
Joyce Hearn
