Best Butt Exercise

1. Start from a standing position, with your eyes looking forward, your arms at your sides and your feet together.

2. Step forward with your right leg, taking a long stride (1-2 feet) while keeping your left leg in place. Your right foot should be far enough in front of you so that when you bend your right knee, your thigh and lower leg form a 90˚ angle.

3. Bend your knees slowly while lowering your hips. Your rear knee should be positioned just above the floor. Keep your back straight and eyes facing forward.

4. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly straighten your legs and raise your body back up to a standing position with your feet together.

5. Switch legs and repeat the same procedure.

Don’t:

1. Do not allow your knee to move past your toes while in the down position.

2. Do not over stride when you step forward. A 90˚ angle will not be possible if your feet are not positioned properly.

If you are doing it correctly you will experience some slight soreness the next day. Let this be a sign that your butt is getting the toning that it needs.

To your awesome health!
