This is a question a lot of people want an answer for.
How many times have you asked yourself, should I exercise today even though I don't feel so good?
I would say, listen to what you're body is telling you. Only you know how you are feeling, and what your energy levels are.There are no hard and fast rules.
If you have the sniffles then getting out in the fresh air for a gentle walk in the sunshine may perk you up.
But if your cold is causing you considerable distress, then rest is best. Don't rush back into exercise with the same level of intensity. Get your Doctor's advice if you are unsure of what to do.
The best tip I can give you is to pay close attention to what your body is trying to tell you, and give it what it needs.
