Flabby Inner Thighs?

Wide leg squats work wonders! That's a bit of a tongue twister if ever I heard one, and I made it up myself  without trying. OK, down to business.

You can do this exercise with or without a dumbbell.

Starting Position:

Stand with feet wider than shoulders, knees slightly bent, toes turned outward. Hold a dumbbell with both hands in front of your body.

Action

INHALE: Squat until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor, sticking butt out as if sitting in a chair.

EXHALE: Squeeze glutes (butt) as you straighten legs to starting position to complete one rep.

Special Instructions

Keep abs contracted. Make sure knees do not pass the line of the toes.

This exercise works your quads, butt and inner thighs. Now that's value! Do as many reps as you can, take a short break. While you're resting stretch those muscles gently. Then try another set of repetitions. Be consistent and you will reap the reward of lovely legs.

To your great health
