Health Tip for Today

Did you know it takes a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose one pound of fat? If you gradually decrease the amount of food you eat by 100 to 200 calories per day, you could lose 10-20 pounds in a year. And it won't  be so painful. Slow and steady; just by eliminating one junk food snack per day will do it. Think about it! It's not that many calories a day if you really want to lose that fat.

The other and  better alternative, is to burn 100 to 200 calories a day by exercising.
