Diet Is Not A Dirty Word



Most people associate pain and deprivation  with the word Diet. When in actual fact it  is just what you  eat or drink  on a regular basis.

If you eat more calories than your body burns......YOU GAIN WEIGHT.

Eat less calories than your body burns....YOU LOSE WEIGHT.

And if you eat the same amount of calories then you NEITHER GAIN OR LOSE WEIGHT.
