A Healthy Start
If you don't have time in the morning to eat breakfast, prepare it the night before, to ensure you get your day off to a healthy start. Consider packing breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks and water in an insulated lunch bag so you can grab it as you go out the door to work or school. The more organized you are the easier it will be to stick with your plan for eating healthy meals.
I have the luxury of a late start so I have time to exercise and have breakfast before I go to work. But I find that I get hungry on the way home. Snacks that I've packed in my bag come to the rescue so I don't gorge myself on food when I get home.
Do this a few times and you make a habit of it!
