Health Alert!
A key to getting in shape is determination and persistence. Notice how your body responds to exercise and enjoy all the benefits. The more you focus on the benefits the easier it will be to motivate yourself to stick with your fitness goals.
Your muscles will burn fat when you exercise vigorously enough to be breathing deeply, but NOT out of breath.
Obesity in children is a growing problem. To help your kids stay healthy and fit, be a role model. Engage in healthy behavior and encourage them to be active while having fun at the same time. go for family walks, bike rides, swimming etc;
You know walking is good for you, and it's a great way to keep your family fit as well.Another option is going to the park. Kids love going to the park, so they can run, jump and climb.
Watch out for the so-called "healthy" or "natural" cookies. Some of them contain loads of hidden sugar. Even if they're low in fat.
Feeling stressed lately? Try deep breathing. It's a great way to calm yourself and energize your body.
