Lose Weight on Your Lunch Break
Time is something we keep chasing, and with so much to do in such little time, it's any wonder we start making excuses not to exercise. " I don't have time" is the #1 excuse for not exercising.
As I mentioned earlier in one of my previous posts, Winter is nearly here in Perth Australia. That means darker and colder mornings. The alarm goes off and a lot of us are not wanting to jump out of bed and hit the road Jack, or the gym.
What I've been doing, and what you may like to explore is going for a walk in your lunch break at work.
I enjoy getting away from the work environment, even if it's for 20 mins or so. If the sun is shining, that's a bonus! I feel better when I get back. Ready to pick up the pieces and knowing I didn't make an excuse not to exercise that day. Give it a try.
