Health Tip for Today




A recent study found that strength training boosts your
metabolism and fat burning capabilities for up to 2 days after a workout.

Wow! Don't you think that's cool? 2 days after you've worked out and your body is still burning fat.

I don't know about you, but that sounds like a darn good reason to workout.
