Health Tip for Today




If winter is around the corner in your part of the world like it will be here soon in Perth, Australia, then take heed of this advice.

The approach of winter usually brings with it a fair share of sniffles, coughs and colds. It has already started at my workplace.

According to a recent study, researchers found people who consistently engage in moderate exercise five times a week improve their immune system and keep colds away.

So there's another good reason why we should be exercising.
