Health Tip for Today



To stay well hydrated, drink water throughout the day. Drink 1-2 extra glasses of water for every caffeine or alcoholic drink you consume.

Caffeine and alcohol dehydrates you, so you need to top up.


Keep a bottle of water with you where ever you go. One in the car, one in your office or work space, one in your gym bag. Keep it in front of your face so you will always remember to sip all day long. How easy is that?

You don't have to gulp down glass after glass, just sip.  And for those that dislike the taste of plain water, add some lemon or lime juice. Yum!

Drink up for great health.
