Weight Training For Women

I can already hear you saying " Oh!, but I don't want big muscles". Don't worry, you are not going to look like Arnold . Weight training, strength training or resistance training, call it what you want, is so beneficial if you want a lean, tight, sexy looking physique. You see, muscle takes up a lot less space than fat does. And you will be strong as well. You can carry your own bags :-)

I cannot recommend this form of exercise enough. Once I started, I was hooked.

The idea that women get big, ugly muscles from weight training is a complete misconception. You would have to be taking steroids to achieve that.

The more muscular your body, the more fat you will burn all day every day.

I encourage you to let go of your fear of  training your body with weights. You will benefit so much more from it than spending hours on cardio alone. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
