The Benefits Of Frequent Eating



You may have heard of the term "grazing". Well, it's been around the fitness traps for a while now. And guess what? It still works wonders. I practice this technique myself because I love food and I love to eat, and I can still keep my weight under control. Here are some of the benefits of frequent eating:

a.  Faster metabolic rate
b.  Higher energy levels
c.  Less storage of body fat due to smaller portions
d.  Reduced hunger and cravings
e.  Steadier blood sugar and insulin levels
f.  More calories used for muscle growth
g.  Nutrients from food are better absorbed and utilised

If you've been skipping meals or having the traditional 3 meals a day, start eating more often. Just reduce your portion sizes and make sure you include some protein with every meal.

There you have it. A simple strategy that WORKS!
