Stress

Stress has been linked to heart disease, high blood pressure, accelerated aging and type 2 Diabetes. Many people cope with stress by binging on junk food or other addictive behaviors.
Here are some healthy alternatives to decrease the effects of stress.
Get enough sleep, lower your fat intake, increase your consumption of antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly and surround yourself with supportive people who will encourage you to stick to your health goals.

Stress at work: You can change your body from a healthy state to an unhealthy state within seconds simply by letting yourself get upset or frustrated. Avoid stressful situations whenever possible. Go for a walk or listen to your favorite music or just remove yourself from the situation till you feel better and calm.
