
We are half way through the year already. How many of you made a New Year's Resolution to get fit, get healthy, lose weight, lose 5kg, or any other health related goal? How are you all doing with your goals? Hm mm, thought so. Well, you still have time. Six months in fact!
That is plenty of time to get serious and get started or keep going if you've already started your health and fitness routine. Wishful thinking is not going to do it, but consistent hard work and discipline will. Get into the right frame of mind and you will be able to achieve anything you want, and if you want it bad enough you WILL put in the effort.
Know that you are doing something good for your appearance and confidence, but also improving the quality of your long term health, energy and longevity. Healthy eating and exercise can be enjoyable, so with a bit of time and patience you are going to love what you see and feel. No excuses!
