Blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, blackberries (and all
berries) are full of antioxidants that work to protect all of your
cells, including brain cells, from the damage of free-radicals.
If you find yourself in a stressful situation - combat that stress
with a handful of berries, but take that a step further and prevent
stressful damage by having at least a handful a day - every day...
