
What is mental health?
Mental health is the ability to interact with others around you in a positive way. Good mental health entails a sense of well being and control over your life, and the ability to make balanced decisions about difficult or different situations.
Things that might send you on a downward spiral:
Splitting up with a girlfriend/boyfriend.
Having an argument with a family member or friend.
Financial problems
Losing someone close to you.
Things that may make you feel better:
Talk to someone who listens and cares
Share good times with good friends
Listen to your favorite music
Go on a holiday
Most of all, treat yourself well.
