After a hard week at work most of us want to relax and need to relax on the weekend. This is the time we usually get most tempted to go and buy take-away fat laden food. You know the stuff I'm talking about.
Burgers and Fries, pizza, greasy fish and chips and the list goes on.
Here's a fun alternative to get the whole family involved. You can still have your fast food at home and make it a whole lot healthier by using lean beef for your burgers, heaps of salad, low fat cheese, whole grain bread rolls and home made chunky wedges ( cooked in the oven ) not fried. Add some mustard or pickles, caramelized onions and you've got yourself a great tasting healthy fast food.
