An alkaline diet is the fastest way to burn stubborn fat, increase your energy, look and feel years younger.
The cause of a sluggish metabolism is living an acid lifestyle. Once you start doing things to decrease the acidity and increase the alkalinity, you will immediately begin to look leaner and have more energy.
Acid Diet: Sugar and food containing sugar, yeasts, baked goods - cakes etc, alcoholic beverages,
condiments and sauces, processed or smoked meats, caffeinated coffee and tea, soft drinks, fast foods, artificial sweeteners.
Sounds like everything we eat, right.
Alkaline Diet: Loads of raw vegetables, lean protein ( meat, fish, chicken ) and fresh water.
These are the foods that will increase the alkalinity in your body and help you burn fat.
You could probably start by slowly eliminating one food at a time from the Acid Diet list and see and feel the difference
