Health Tip Of The Day

Use the buddy system. Sometimes, shedding weight or trying to get
in shape can be a very difficult task to undertake by yourself.
Find a friend who is also trying to lose weight, and take him or her
with you when you work out. Gym or workout buddies can help keep
you motivated, especially on those days when you are just dreading
the gym.
