the Ultimate Diet

The ultimate diet is not a diet in the usual sense of the word. You don't go on and off it. It is, instead a better way of eating for life. It is based on a well balanced, interesting, satisfying, nutrient-rich and easy to prepare foods. It is not limited in variety or calorie restrictive, but rather that eating is and should be one of life's greatest pleasures. You can love food, follow this guide and still meet your weight-loss goals.

We have an abundance of food available to us. Fruits, vegetables, grains, meats, oils, dairy products, nuts, legumes, and seeds. Think of the possibilities of how many delicious meals you could create.

It is essential that you set certain boundaries for what you do and don't eat. This doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself, just go for quality. Choose wholesome, low sugar, low fat. Whole fruit is a lot lower in calories than fruit juice and is more filling too.
