Sugar



 Reduce the sugar

For those of you who have enjoyed a sweet treat every day over the holiday season, kill the habit now. Studies suggest that regular sugar consumption triggers the same mechanism in the brain that leads to alcohol and drug addiction. To get over it, break the habit by cutting out sugar entirely for a minimum of 7 days. After that you can certainly allow yourself an occasional sweet treat but remember to make it occasional.
