Eat Four to Five Small Meals Per Day Instead of Three Large Meals


Did you know that large meals increase your body’s fat storage? Research done by Dr. Bryant Stamford, the head of Heart Promotions and Wellness Center at the University Of Louisville, showed that 80% of obese people were eating less food than people who had normal weight. The difference is that they consumed all of the food in one meal. Most experts agree that eating several small meals per day will help speed up your metabolism and that will help you lose weight and burn off more fat.
