Great Health Tip for Today



When ordering out at a restaurant if you see fried, au gratin, crispy, escalloped, pan-fried, sautéed or
stuffed food, know these are high in fat. Instead look for steamed, broiled, baked, grilled, poached or roasted foods. If you are unsure how a food is prepared, just ask your wait person.

These cooking methods may be OK as an occasional treat, but NOT on a regular basis. So think before you order. It's your health and you are RESPONSIBLE!
