Health Tip for Today

Studies have shown that consuming a lot of sugar, caffeine and other stimulants can create a constant
sense of anxiety in many people and also overload your adrenal glands.

That doesn't mean to say that you have to give up your daily coffee or occasional sweet. Moderation is the key.
