Health Tip for Today



Exercise is essential to becoming healthy. If you have not exercised much, build your activity level
slow and steady until it becomes a habit.


I've learned that it takes 21 consecutive days to build a habit. Why don't you try 30 days. If you miss a day, you have to start all over again. Go on, try it!
