Smoking

If you smoke, kicking the cigarette habit is the best investment you can make for yourself. Smoking is the number one preventable cause of death.

Most smokers find it difficult to work out because their lungs are so congested. If you become a non smoker, you will be able to exercise with a lot more ease. But the real issue is, of course, your health.

It may not seem like the best time to quit smoking when you are just starting a weight loss and diet regime, if you think that you cannot handle all these changes at once then I suggest you take things one at a time.

Exercise, for instance, helps to improve your mood, so you may feel less likely to smoke, and if you have the right mind-set, changing your diet and giving up the cigarettes will only spur you on to a healthier lifestyle.

NOW is the perfect time to quit smoking.
