This is not for hard core muscle builders, but for those that would like to get a bit buffed and toned. That means ladies as well.
Ladies, don't be afraid.....you're not going to end up looking like a man.
If you would like to have a shapely physique then you're going to have to lift some weight....even your own will do.
Weight training is the best way to achieve a well toned body. Determine your goal and get started.
Beginners, I recommend you train your whole body three times a week doing approximately six basic exercises.
