Ways to Season your Food Without Salt



Did you know that cutting down on sodium can help keep your bones strong and prevent osteoporosis. If you use a lot of salt to flavor your food, try using herbs and spices instead. They give your dishes a boost of flavor.

For an Italian blend, use basil and oregano with fish or chicken. Or if you like it hot, try a combination of cumin, paprika and chili.  Experiment and get creative! Have fun.
